Order Preparation

After payment is confirmed, we prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 2-3 business days. Weekend and U.S. public holiday orders leave the next business day, and a dispatch confirmation email follows once your parcel departs.

Transit Times

Standard delivery spans roughly 20-45 days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier's schedule. Most U.S. and U.K. customers receive their parcels comfortably within that window. If peak-season backups slow a shipment, we'll alert you before you have to wonder.

Delivery Charges

Free Shipping Threshold

• $30.00 or more: free shipping — every order;
• Under $30.00: a flat fee, shown plainly at checkout before payment.

Tax Handling Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties never reach bressetterepair customers — we carry them all, so your checkout total is your final total.

Destinations Served

Delivery currently covers the United States and the United Kingdom. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses aren't supported for now.

Tracking Details

Once your parcel is moving, email johaneoranacruz@outlook.com with your order number and we'll send your tracking number plus the carrier's link — and update you whenever you check back in.

Lost or Stalled Parcels

A parcel stuck in transit or declared lost by the carrier becomes our job to fix, not yours to worry about. Contact johaneoranacruz@outlook.com; once we verify the details, we either reship at no cost or refund completely — you always end up with your product, your money, or both.

Address Verification

One careful look at your delivery address before checkout prevents most problems. Parcels to mistyped addresses aren't our responsibility, but if one returns to us, we'll gladly resend once you confirm the corrected address.

Multi-Parcel Orders

Multi-item orders sometimes ship as separate parcels on different days — never at extra cost. Each parcel carries its own tracking number, yours for the asking.
