A return should be the least stressful part of online shopping. At bressetterepair, it is — the terms below show exactly how it works, with nothing hidden.
Thirty Days, Zero Cost, No Runaround
From the day your package arrives, you have 30 calendar days to decide. Returning within that window is completely free: no restocking fee, no return postage. BRESSETTE MOBILE TRUCK, TRACTOR & EQUIPMENT REPAIR, LLC absorbs both.
What Can Come Back
An item is eligible for free return when all three apply:
- It hasn't been used, worn, or washed;
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact;
- You can provide your order number or another proof of purchase.
What Cannot Come Back
For hygiene and safety reasons, a short list is final sale:
- Gift cards;
- Products tagged "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at checkout;
- Custom or personalized orders;
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse.
The Return Workflow
- Start with an email. Send your order number and reason to .
- Get approved. Within 24-48 hours, we confirm eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Ship the parcel. Pack the item securely and hand it to the carrier.
- Refund begins early. Processing starts the moment the carrier scans your parcel — no waiting for warehouse arrival.
Before It Leaves Your Hands
Please hold off shipping until we've replied. Returns sent without arrangement can't be matched to your order and may not be refunded.
Your Refund, Explained
Speed Approved refunds return to your original payment method, usually appearing within 3-7 business days. A few banks take a day or two more.
No Taxes on Your Side Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties never touch bressetterepair customers — on orders, returns, or refunds. Every such cost stays with us.
Refund Running Late? Once 7 business days pass without a credit:
- Check your bank or card statement once more;
- Ask your bank whether the credit is pending;
- Still nothing? Email and we'll chase it down.
Alternatives to Returning
Trade for Another For a different size or color, order fresh and return the original — quickest — or request a direct exchange, arranged free once your return is approved.
Damaged or Wrong Arrival? Photo plus order number within 7 days of delivery, and you pick: free replacement or full refund. Most of the time the original doesn't need to travel back.
Cancel Before Dispatch Any cancellation before the carrier takes the parcel earns a full refund. Once shipped, the 30-day return above takes over.
